Not everything can be "priority one". In practice, five vendors shape 80% of the guest experience: where you are, what they eat, what they keep in photos, the sound track, what they see when they walk in.

The five essentials

1. Reception venue: capacity, date, rain plan B
2. Caterer: meal, service, dinner timing
3. Photographer: irreplaceable memories
4. DJ or band: party pace, mic for speeches
5. Florist: visible decor at the door (bouquet, centerpieces, arch)

What can wait a bit

Videographer, photobooth, luxury transport, custom wedding cake: nice, but replaceable or shrinkable on a tight budget.
If you must cut, cut what guests will not notice on the day before you cut the room or first-dance music.

How Fiancé can help

Create five vendor records in Fiancé with status and follow-up dates. The dashboard shows how many are still "prospect" vs "booked". If budget is tight, rerun the budget calculator before signing.
