"Boho chic theme" is not enough for your florist. They need three colors, two textures, one ban (no red roses?), and a reference photo.
These five steps turn vague taste into a usable brief.

The 5 steps

1. Pick three colors max (main, accent, neutral)
2. Name the style in one sentence (e.g. "autumn garden party")
3. Fill a mood board with 8 to 12 consistent images
4. List what you refuse (prevents drift)
5. Validate with the venue: does your decor fit the space?
A clear theme saves hours of back-and-forth with every visual vendor.

How Fiancé can help

Use Fiancé Ideas collections for steps 3 and 4. Show the screen to your florist on site. Tie the theme to the seating chart (stationery, place cards).
