Budget for it: €200 to €600 depending on reception size and how many vendors are on site.
Usual ranges (adjust as needed)

DJ / band: €50 to €150 depending on length and perceived quality

Head waiter / caterer captain: €30 to €80
•
Service staff (pooled): €5 to €15 per server, via the captain
•
Driver / car service: 10 to 20% of the fare or €20 to €50 flat
•
Hair / makeup at home: €10 to €20 if service was excellent
Tip: prep envelopes the day before with a handwritten note. A witness hands everything over at the end of the night. Photographer and florist are usually paid by contract, not tip.
