Vendors

Vendor dashboard: from prospect to booked

See where each vendor stands, what is still blocking, and what is signed. A simple pipeline beats a 40-row spreadsheet.

A vendor dashboard is not accounting. It is a pipeline view: who was contacted, who replied, who is booked, who is out.
Without it, couples delay follow-ups "until next month", then lose a June photo slot.

Four statuses are enough

Prospect: identified, not contacted yet or waiting on availability
Quote received: pricing to compare or negotiate
Booked: contract signed, deposit paid if required
Declined: rejected or unavailable (keep the note for reference)

Useful indicators

Share of "booked" vendors on your target list
Total committed vs vendor budget
Next deposit or balance due date
Vendors with no reply for 14+ days
What you do not see on a dashboard, you pay for in stress three weeks before the day.

How Fiancé can help

Fiancé's Vendors screen filters by type and status. The progress bar shows how many key vendors are booked. Good for a weekly planning check-in as a couple, with the budget calculator open alongside.
